ANKIT SAINI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION, MODIFICATION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this License will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
